WEIGH IN DAY #5
HELLO MY FRIENDS!! This week was great I LOST 2.6 pounds! Which means I am 245 lbs! WOOT WOOT!! I am very very happy with this and plan to keep working! Over a month now and I am shocked that I haven't cheated or gone off program not EVEN ONCE!! YAY!!!! I am still working towards more exercise and LOVE all the tips I have gotten, this week I worked out 3 days! Next week my goal is 4 days! YAY!!!

ReplyDeleteThank you Kelly! I HATE IT SO MUCH! But today I walked 3 miles and then came home and power cleaned my house! LOTS BURNED TODAY!
