WEIGH IN #7
Ok Folks! So I seriously cannot contain my excitement today! I weighed in and I weigh 239 pounds which means I LOST 4 pounds this week! WOOOOOOOOHHHOOOOOOO!!!!! My BMI is also now 39! HOLY COW! Can this be? I am so happy! I feel so in control, so healthy! I am thrilled at a 4 pound week! I have lost 13% of my body weight and I am over a third of the way to my goal! It's going to be a great day!

WEIGH IN DAY #6
Yesterday was my 6th weigh in day! I am so happy to tell you all that I lost another 2.2 pounds I am now at 243 lbs! WOW I have lost 24 pounds since I started Monarch January 8th and 32 pounds since Dec 15th!!! I also worked out 4 times last week, thanks to Christi! I talked to my nurse practitioner yesterday and went over my new body composition it is amazing! I cannot believe how my body is changing! My BMI has gone from 44.5 to 40, I have lost 3 inches off of my waist for a total of 10 inches off of everything! This program works!

WEIGH IN DAY #5
HELLO MY FRIENDS!! This week was great I LOST 2.6 pounds! Which means I am 245 lbs! WOOT WOOT!! I am very very happy with this and plan to keep working! Over a month now and I am shocked that I haven't cheated or gone off program not EVEN ONCE!! YAY!!!! I am still working towards more exercise and LOVE all the tips I have gotten, this week I worked out 3 days! Next week my goal is 4 days! YAY!!!

Wow One Month!
Hello all! Ok so yesterday was my one month on this journey! What a month it has been! I am so pleased with my progress, but I still really struggle with working out! I NEED helpful ideas from you exercisers! I just have a real lack of motivation in that area and am feeling like every week I am setting a goal to work out more and I am consistently not following through! UGHH!! SO please if you have some practical, gentle ways to get me started BRING THEM ON! I NEED HELP! LOL!

WEIGH IN DAY #4
Here I am at another Friday, and it is a beautiful one at that! I am so excited to report that I weighed in today at 248 lbs. which is a LOSS of 3.6 pounds! WOOOHOOO! I am still so pleased! I kicked off this Friday after weighing in with a 3 mile walk with my husband. I feel great!! I can't believe today is my 28th day! So in my first month in Monarch I have lost 19 lbs. that is a grand total of 29 pounds since December! I now only have 70 pounds to lose to reach my goal!
My biggest contributor to my success this far has really been following my caloric intake precisely. I have not gone over my 1200-1300 calories a day and I am eating all healthy whole foods, no processed food at all.
Today I realized my mind set really had changed when I was out with my husband and we were talking about going out to eat for lunch. At first I was trying to find something that I could eat that would be in my range. Well I found a couple of things, but really I I couldn't find much, and I would have had to go over a little. So the great part was, I told my husband it really wasn't worth it to me and instead we went to the grocery store and I made a FABULOUS Salad for under 200 calories!!! It was the first time that I didn't panic, and CHOSE to eat at home without pouting! YAY me! We had a great day, and I feel great!
Cheers to another successful week ahead, new goal is 10 pounds for this upcoming 4 weeks, I KNOW I can do it!

DAY 25
Oh my goodness! I can't believe it is day 25 of this weightloss journey, I haven't been blooging everyday, because quite frankly I haven't wanted to bore you all! LOL! Things have been going VERY well and I am still plugged in and more committed than ever! I can proudly say that I have not gone off my program not even one time! I have stayed in my allotted calories and I have added exercise into my daily lifestyle. I am very happy and I can't immagine going back to the way I used to live! I love this lifestyle! So this weekend I was super excited I had to go buy new jeans because my old jeans are just WAY too big! AWESOME!!! I am so excited to continue to shrink!
