WEIGH IN DAY# 10

TODAY was THE best feeling in the whole world. I weighed in at Monarch and I was 228.4 that is a 6.1 pound LOSS!! I was so thrilled! What a great feeling to have accomplished this so far! I am now fully in a size 16 and it feels AMAZING! I haven't been this weight in 9 years! I am so happy and have tons of energy! I can't wait to post pics! I can even see the difference now in my body!
